1. Acceptance of Terms

Check On Me Now ("the App") is operated by LEGAN TECH LLC. By creating an

account or using the App and its services, you agree to be bound by these

Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you

must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

The App is a personal-safety tool that uses your device's sensors and location

to detect possible falls and periods of inactivity and to alert the emergency

contacts you designate. Results may vary based on your device, settings,

connectivity, and individual circumstances.

3. Not a Medical or Emergency Service

The App is a supplementary safety aid and is NOT a substitute for professional

medical assistance, a monitored medical-alert service, or official emergency

services (such as 911). It does not guarantee the prevention or detection of

any injury, illness, or death. In an emergency, always contact your local

emergency services directly.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your device functional and charged, granting

and maintaining the permissions the App needs (including location), keeping

your emergency contacts accurate and up to date, and confirming that those

contacts have agreed to receive alerts. You must provide accurate account

information and use the App only for its intended, lawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and

renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions may renew

automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable app-store or

payment-provider terms. Payments are handled by our third-party payment

provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEGAN TECH LLC, its owners, and

affiliates are not liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damages resulting from

use or misuse of the App, undelivered or delayed alerts, inaccurate detection,

or failures caused by user error, device malfunction, loss of connectivity, or

third-party service disruptions.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any

time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance

of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance

with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these

terms shall be resolved in accordance with local legal processes.
